Navigating the Property Report


The Property Report header allows you to go back to the previous page on the left and download the report. Property Details provides you with information around the legal address of the property. The Registered and Cadastral Land Size. The last sales price and the date of that sale.

This data gives a snapshot of the property’s history and key legal identifiers

Map Visuals

The Imagery provides a visual satellite image of the subject property with a border around the erf indicating where the estimated boundary lines are located. If you are looking to interact with the map please click on the imagery area measurement tool.

The Municipal valuation amount is provided with information on the estimated monthly rates. The year of valuation as well as the predominant usage of this property. The servitudes will provide you with information if there is a municipal servitude affecting the subject property along with the classification, tag and description. Other endorsements would include interdicts, usufructs etc. and would provide the description, number and date.
