You can access the Town Report in two ways:
From the list of reports on the left-hand side of your Toolkit screen
From the All Products section at the top of your screen. Typing keywords in the search bar will reveal a broader set of relevant report options.
This section gives a breakdown of property counts:
Sectional Title Units: inside and outside estates (excluding sectional title garages)
Freehold Properties: both within and outside estates
Shows the length of time owners have held their properties in the suburb, offering a snapshot of ownership stability.
Illustrates the age profile of property owners in the area, segmented into:
Stable Owners
Recent Buyers (bought in the last 12 months)
Recent Sellers (sold in the last 12 months)

Defines what a sale in execution is and includes active sales data. These sales occur via public auction when a court-ordered process allows the recovery of debt.
Compares your selected town to others based on median property prices using Lightstone’s AVM. Rankings are shown within:

The country
Presents a graph displaying the total value of residential bonds registered by various banks over recent years. Sectional title garages are excluded from this data.
Provides a full breakdown of all suburbs included within the town boundaries.
Displays 10-year trends for:
Median purchase prices
Total volume of sales
Outliers, undeveloped land, and non-standard sales are filtered to provide accurate, market-aligned trends. This section is updated monthly.
